Email on Corporate phone

When adding your email account into your Corporate phone, please follow these instructions below. 


1. Make sure you have the DUO account on your phone. When you open DUO app, you will see Ultimatecare/The Bristal and it will say Passcode.


2. Open the Outlook app on your phone.


3. Click on Add account. If it asks to authenticate with Microsoft authenticator, select Open Authenticator. 


4. It will bypass that section and ask to sign onto work or school, or Personal account. 


5. Select the Work or school account. 


6. Type in your full email address and continue


7. Enter your password. This is the same password as your computer. 


8.  You will see a 3 digit code on the screen. Remember that code. 


9. A notification will show on the top of your screen from the DUO app. Hold your finger on that notification and a drop down menu will appear. 


10. Select enter code and enter in the 3 digit number you saw on the phone earlier. 


11. Continue through and you will see success. 


12. You're all set, the mailbox is in Outlook app now.
